Task Exchange has developed a framework and a suite of software modules that will help any business or community group build profiles of the needs of the people that are important to them (stakeholders).
Expert system logic can analyse the profiles and automate some of the interactions with stakeholders. The modules can be deployed in a range of creative ways.
We are looking for business collaborators who:
- survey their staff regularly
- build profiles of the needs of their customers
- are recruiting members to a community
- administer the membership of a club or special interest group, or
- have a need to regularly interact with their stakeholders
We are particularly interested in working with businesses that seek to continually build profiles of the needs and interests of their stakeholders (customers, staff, other). We could host the service for you, or (if you use Lotus Notes/Domino), deploy it on your own infrastructure.
